There are stories and experiences that are universal. We will explore those experiences and heal the broken parts of ourselves that never had space to integrate without guidance and initiation.
We will use our (work)book, Women Who Run With The Wolves, as well as questions that Jen brings to the group for us to workshop each month. These questions are to help guide the group in their healing. Jen is a holistic practitioner in the field of mental health and will guide us in our practice of exploring our own narratives around wounds, healing, and womenhood.
Mystic Bayou will provide a beautiful and sacred container for our process.
Expect to get to know your fellow sisters intimately. To see your journey reflected in their eyes. To know true understanding and togetherness. To work through the messiness that comes with doing your deep work. To understand that women together are a powerful and sacred presence instead of a competitive negative exchange.
Remember who you are.
Join us dear sister. We will speak of the unspeakable, of the parts of becoming a woman that are not discussed elsewhere.
This is a sacred and special offering! Will you join us?
Guidelines for Confidentiality and Comittment:
Because the group is such a sacred and necessary part of this experience, We ask that if you decide to join us, that you commit to coming until the workshop is complete, narrowing your missed group sessions to less than 3, if possible. You’ll also be required to sign an NDA for the confidentiality of the group.
Dates:
Our first hoop (gathering) will be on October 9th, 2022. You’ll be expected to have read the first chapter by then. Our group meets at 4pm.

Shamanic Meditation
Join us for this Donation-Based, Pay-What-You-Can (even if that’s nothing!) Shamanic Meditation Group. During this class the group will practice a mediation style called “Chalicity”. The Woven Energy Group has this to say about Chalicity. “Chalicity is the quality or experience of living like a chalice, a state in which you become filled with the wisdom of Nature. Chalicity can lead us to a better command of natural energies and a kind of “wisdom behaviour” that supports a more harmonious life.” Through the weekly practice of Chaliciy you will be invited to develop a relationship not only with your inner self, beyond your mind and monkey thoughts, but also over time you’ll find yourself opening to the energy all around you, bettering your self, your intuition, and your ability to perceive beyond the obvious of this world.
This is the best practice you can have for mental, emotional, and physical health, and it is the bedrock of all Shamanism.
Everyone is welcome in this practice! There is very little listening so please come if you are hard of hearing, hard of sight, or disabled in any way. This is a class for everyone!
